- A relevant academic background in the field of Health & Safety, Engineer or similar
- Relevant work experience in H&S in development projects
- Experience in H&S in the renewables preferable wind offshore
- Knowledge of safety management
- Full and detailed understanding of applicable H&S related legislation
- Experience in managing contractors as clients and/or principal contractors
- Excellent communication skills in English as well as in the local language Danish or Swedish
