- Supporting managers with core people practices and guiding their development through coaching and feedback
- Leading and participating in HR projects to promote and implement best practices
- Overseeing HR administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor law
- Building strong working relationships with local unions and employee representatives to foster a collaborative climate
- Applying analytical skills to identify and drive opportunities for improvement and informed decision-making
- Delivering initiatives in reward, talent and succession management, organizational development, and labor law
- Continuously enhancing our manager onboarding program to support current and future leaders
- Collaborating closely across HR and business functions to refine and advance processes and solutions
- Fluency in Swedish and English, with excellent communication skills
- An academic degree in social sciences, labor law, business, or equivalent
- Proven experience in transactional HR and/or local labor law
- Hands-on experience in planning, driving, and completing projects
- An agile, self-starter attitude with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
- A desire to broaden your HR expertise and business understanding
- Experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing HR is a plus
