Then keep on reading!We are looking for a skilled colleague to join our Customer Tax Reporting area, who daily ensures Danske Bank' s tax reporting on behalf of customer and that Danske Bank complies with current regulatory requirements in relation to national tax reporting and other regimes such as Trace, FATCA & CRS. This position is primary focused towards the national tax reporting in Sweden, and the position requires knowledge and interest in circumstances and conditions present in Sweden.You will be part of our Nordic Customer Tax Reporting team, which consists of 10 skilled employees, working out of Sweden, Finland and Denmark, but also covering the Norwegian market.Our department's responsibilities are:
  • End-to-End Reporting Management: Coordinating the reporting cycle, from designing and amend change requirements to ensuring timely and compliant reporting for most products at Danske Bank A/S. Serving as subject matter experts across various product lines and services.​
  • Quality Assurance and Error Resolution: Conducting tests and controlling data quality, coupled with manual correction and thorough investigation of discrepancies to uphold high standards of accuracy.​
  • Customer and External Relations: Coordinating annual communications to customers, representing Danske Bank at sector meetings for updates on reporting requirements, and managing responsibilities related to external audits.
Your daily responsibilities will include performing analyses, controls, and adjustments. At the sector level, you will discuss and assist in implementing new legislation, followed by coordinating its technical and operational implementation at the Bank. The tasks will vary in complexity, resulting in a diverse workday with substantial involvement in your assignments and projects. You will collaborate across a large organization with numerous stakeholders and engage with colleagues from the Nordic region, Lithuania, and India regularly.Who are we looking for?We recognize that you are proactive and skilled in driving project activities throughout a large organization. You prioritize and value the mix of teamwork and individual responsibilities. You have a methodical and structured approach to solving tasks.You have:
  • More than 5 years of business experience within the tax area, or the financial sector, preferably with experience in tax reporting
  • Experience within business development or project management.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services as well as business understanding and knowledge of investments products are valuable.
  • A university-l degree, or equivalent experience, most likely from financial sector.
  • Good knowledge of the Office package - especially Excel
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English
