Om jobbet:The opportunityHitachi Energy, Composites, is looking to strengthen the Procurement & Logistic team with a Factory Supply Chain Specialist. As a Factory Supply Chain Specialist you will have a key role ensuring implementation and adherence to SCM strategies, processes and follow up in the factories to ensure material availability, delivery performance and costcompetitiveness. Support management of assigned spend with a short-term and medium-term sourcing strategy to meet targets on total cost of ownership, quality, and reliability of supplies.Are you driven by a genuine eagerness to learn and grow? Typical applications are transformer bushings, wall bushings, breaker bushings, surge arresters, cable terminations, station post insulators, etc. Other products are machined glass fiber /epoxy cylinders used for instance for tap changers.Our team culture is flexible, transparent, and cooperative.   • Support the Factory SCM on assigned tasks Prioritize and help our suppliers feeding us the most critical items
  • Support in liaison to Planning & Fulfillment team in the ERP data management under SCM responsibility: i.e. supplier contact details, allocation plan, prices, lead time, MOQ, Incoterms, payment terms
  • Support for material price and Terms & Conditions control throughout the value chain (from tender, ERP master data and oversees invoices control rules (tolerances, etc.) Support tender material costing and run tender specific negotiations where applicable
  • Support on analysis and reporting tasks
  • Lead and/or support company and contractors' qualifications processes on assigned suppliers
  • Support Supplier Performance Evaluations (SPE) on assigned tasks
  • Work on improving assigned supplier performance measurement and improvement tasks
  • Support on assigned claim management to maximize compensation to Hitachi Energy and escalate as necessary
  • Support Factory SCM in material cost cutting and risk mitigation projects
  • Support on SCM related local activities for R&D, DTV, New Product Introduction, product cost improvement project.
Your background
  • You have an academical background within logistics or business administration or similar work experience.
  • You have good knowledge in using excel and ERP system, preferable SAP
  • You are fluent in English and Swedish
  • You are analytical and structured
