- Build and develop long-term customer relationships in both new and existing markets.
- Contribute to marketing activities through networking, events, and customer dialogues.

- Experience from sales or business development.
- Background from enterprise (B2B) or government (B2G) sales is highly valued.
- Up to date network in one or several of the Nordic Armed Forces and their procurement agencies.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to establish trust, internally and externally.
- Commercial mindset with an understanding of how to grow business.
- Expertise in procurement processes, sales within security and defence, or experience from the purchasing or contracting side is considered an asset.
- Experience from technology or the IT sector is considered an asset.
- Flexibility and willingness to shape a new role and contribute to building a strong team.
