- Provide expert legal guidance on employment and labour law matters to internal stakeholders, including People & Culture, management, and negotiation teams.
- Lead out-of-court negotiations and represent SAS in employment-related disputes, including mediation and arbitration.
- Contribute to the development of SAS' labour law strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and legal frameworks.
- Draft legal documents, consultation responses, and conduct independent investigations into workplace matters.
- Act as a liaison with trade unions, employer associations, and regulatory bodies, fostering constructive dialogue and collaboration.
- Stay abreast of legislative developments in Sweden, Scandinavia, and the EU, and proactively assess their impact on SAS operations.
- Participate in legal networks and training programs to continuously enhance your expertise and share knowledge with colleagues. Qualifications and Experience
- Master of Laws (LL.M.) from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in employment law, preferably with a strong focus on collective labour law.
- Proven experience representing employers in disputes; background in employer associations is a plus.
- Familiarity with Scandinavian labour law frameworks and cross-border legal coordination is an advantage.
- Analytical and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communicator-fluent in Swedish and English (SAS' corporate language).
- Collaborative and confident in engaging with internal stakeholders and trade unions.
- Passionate about labour law and committed to staying current in the field.

- Position: Fulltime (100%) starting with a 6-month probation period
- This position is based in Frösundavik, Solna (Stockholm), and you will be expected to work onsite. Remote work may also be an option, depending on the agreement made with your manager.
