Om jobbet:We are looking for a Mandarin speaking Assignment Manager within complete vehicle testing at a Technical Centre in Södertälje. Start is ASAP, 1 year contract to begin with.The team manages a fleet of vehicles running in different types of tests, both internally and on public roads. Tests are carried out to detect deviations in hardware and software. When deviations occur, the responsibilities of this role include:

Leading and coordinating the work in gathering relevant information regarding deviations.

Engaging relevant stakeholders based on the collected information.

Leading and coordinating root cause analyses and identifying short-term actions. This is especially critical for safety-related deviations and those directly affecting test execution.

Requesting fast feedback from workstreams to resolve deviations efficiently.

In addition, this role will lead and coordinate investigations regarding new introductions and is expected to handle short- to medium-term tasks not directly connected to daily operations, as well as lead improvement initiatives.Wanted Qualities

Solid knowledge of vehicle architecture and components.

Broad engineering understanding, including mechanics, mechatronics, and software in the automotive area.

Strong communication skills; social, outgoing, and able to actively reach stakeholders.

Ability to see details while maintaining an analytical mindset to conclude what is good and safe.

Hands-on approach with an appreciation of practical problem-solving.

Location

Onsite in Södertälje, close to the product.

Education

M.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent work experience.

Language Requirements

English is mandatory.

Meriting: Swedish and Mandarin/Chinese.

Additional Merits

Experience in conducting root cause analyses.

C/CE driver's license.

Knowledge of product development and testing processes within the automotive sector.

This role requires a valid Swedish work permit.This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Södertälje. Start is ASAP, 1 year limited contract to begin with.
