Om jobbet:Data ScientistWe are seeking a Data Scientist to take ownership of developing, maintaining, and enhancing AI models for recommendations and personalization. In this role, you will manage the entire machine learning lifecycle-from data exploration and model design to deployment and monitoring-delivering scalable, production-ready solutions that create real value for end users.Key Responsibilities
  • Design, maintain, and optimize AI models, including recommendation engines and LLM-driven applications, along with their data pipelines.
  • Enhance the performance, robustness, and scalability of systems in production.
  • Work closely with product teams to identify opportunities and deliver proof-of-concepts.
  • Apply MLOps principles for deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis and build visualizations to support decision-making.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proficiency in Python with strong production-level coding skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Deep Learning (e.g., Computer Vision, NLP).
  • Solid knowledge of frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
  • Experience in MLOps and CI/CD pipelines, preferably within GCP Vertex AI.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
  • Proven track record working on recommendation and personalization systems.
  • Familiarity with LLMs and related tools: prompt engineering, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, and vector databases.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and developing REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of Redis and DBT.
  • Comfortable working with Git and version control.
  • Previous experience collaborating in Agile, cross-functional teams.
