
Product Manager – MACH Control Platform for Grid and Power Quality Solutions & Service

- Align strategic product decisions between MACH and GPQSS across all product lines and business segments.
- Oversee MACH R&D projects to ensure alignment with GPQSS product management priorities; participate in governance forums.
- Review and approve change requests for MACH R&D projects targeted at GPQSS and redistribute product management topics within MACH as needed and represent GPQSS business views in internal MACH governance forums.
- Analyze market segments, customer needs, competitor offerings and competitiveness to guide product strategy. Define and maintain product and solution roadmaps, ensuring consistency and alignment with business needs.
- Own and maintain MACH market/customer requirements and contribute to solution and system requirements definition as needed, especially requirements related to GPQSS applications.
- Drive MACH lifecycle management topics, product introductions, phase-outs, and portfolio optimization towards GPQSS.
- Define and maintain the MACH business model towards GPQSS and R&D funding strategy.
- Drive cross functional collaboration between the broader MACH and GPQSS stakeholders toward a one team spirit.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
- Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Strategy, or Business (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in power electronics or control systems.
- Leadership, people and change management experience preferred and proven ability to lead cross-functional and cross-cultural teams across geographies.
- Strong understanding of industrial hardware/software development and lifecycle management and experience in control and protection solutions for Power Electronics based systems (Grid and Power Quality applications or HVDC) will be preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates with very strong domain knowledge and demonstrated leadership skills may be considered, even with limited prior product management experience.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
