- Identify, research, and engage new prospects in target markets
- Generate qualified leads and build relationships to expand the customer base
- Develop tailored outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, phone, events) to create new opportunities
- Conduct needs assessments and match prospects with appropriate solutions
- Arrange and participate in sales meetings and demos in collaboration with sales closers
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within current accounts
- Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them get maximum value from our solutions
- Provide input to product and marketing teams based on customer feedback
- Support the marketing team in creating engaging content (case studies, presentations, blogs, social media posts, etc.)
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to reach the right stakeholders
- Contribute to organizing and coordinating company events, trade shows, and webinars
- Provide input on marketing messaging based on market and customer insights
- University degree at the bachelor's level or above. Educational or professional background in Sales, Business Development, or Management is an advantage (5+ years of previous experience)
- Previous experience within software industry or manufacturing (We provide a specialised IT solution for manufacturers)
- Excellent communication skills, especially spoken and written English (Swedish/German/French is an added advantage)
- Knowledge of tools such as CRM software, Sales Engagement/Automation, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills; a self-motivated go-getter
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and partners
