As a point of contact for Markets, you will incorporate market Demands into Production Plan (short- and long-term) for Primary and Make&Pack, considering available materials and capacity constraints, to ensure that goods are shipped on time to Domestic and Export markets/customers. You will ensure optimization of all resources is in place during detailed planning.What will you do - Responsibilities:

Oversee Production planning activities at the factory, follow-up and improvement of M&P, Primary Milling and Primary Mixing Production Plan (monthly,daily, per shift)
Review production planning with all relevant departments.
Act as SAP PU to keep system maintained and accurate, and perform all relevent steps in timely and efficient manner
Closely cooperates with Market and other partners in the Factory to provide optimal Plan, organize calls, participate in the meetings and share all relevant input that can improve final results, for all stakeholders.
Challenge underperformance for better final results
Intensively support implementation of every new project in the factory
Analyse and monitor production capacities, propose solutions and corrective actions related to capacity constraints/bottlenecks
Implement, follow and improve annual, monthly and periodical preventive maintenance plan in the production area in line with internal procedures
Determine deviation and ensuring that necessary actions are taken to meet planned targets and ensure supply to market
Closely collaborate with Material planner and Logistic planner to ensure all aspects are analyzed that can influence daily planning and actual performance of Primary and M&P
Act as a back-up for NPD and Material planner during absence
Ensure timely and accurate Marketing&Sales Delivery Forecast, perform Detailed planning schedule to check short term capacity, and ensure information is available for material planning
Perform other ad-hoc tasks and support requests within area of expertise

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

University Degree
Proven experience on a similar position
Advanced MS Office skills
Knowledge of SAP producton planning tool APO
Good communication skills and team coordination
Self-starter with good time management
Analytical and problem solving mindset
Excellent English, fluently written and spoken. Swedish is an advantage
