- Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law
- Assure conformity to Quality and HSE regulatory standards of the Manufacturing processes and take ownership of identifying and closing gaps
- Build and coach a world class Environment, health and safety team when applies
- Environmental, Health & Safety support for wider CAM and NV Teams
- Set up a Quality and HSE audit and inspection plan based on risk assessments, to identify root causes and solutions.
- Lead and follow up on TIA (incidents and accidents) investigations.

- +5 years experience on HSE Management roles & + 5 years on Quality Management roles
- Bachelor or Master degree of Science in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience from similar industries like paper & pulp, chemical, refinery
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing concepts, SPC and capability analysis.
- Very valuable (but not required) to have experience from battery manufacturing.
- Good to have project management experience
- Experience and interest in manufacturing industry
- Fluency in other languages (Japanese, Swedish, Chinese, French)
- Experience from a multi-cultural environment
