- Manage and ensure that financial reporting is accurate and timely submitted.
- Ensure accounting records are IFRS compliant for group reporting and monthly submissions are accurately produced and submitted in line with group reporting deadlines.
- Ensure underlying financial records are kept to the highest standard and appropriate financial controls are implemented and adhered to.
- Manage cash flow forecasts, weekly and monthly and monitor liquidity to ensure optimal cash management.
- Ensure tax return submissions including corporation tax, VAT and PAYE returns.
- Manage and ensure operations accounting processes are effective, accurate and well controlled including costing, pricing, parts, and warranty accounting.
- Ensure balance sheet accounts are reconciled and reviewed monthly and controls are in place to minimize any risk and exposure.
- Coordinate the external audit process and providing auditors with information and explanations.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, business, or economics.
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Good knowledge of IFRS Standards.
- Good knowledge of Swedish laws and regulations.
- Good knowledge of finance and accounting best practices.
- Experience in preparing and maintaining finance and tax documents.
- Experienced on large ERP systems. SAP knowledge desirable.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience from the automotive industry is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Well-organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to operate under pressure and meet time-critical deadlines.
