Om jobbet:We are looking for a developer Senior Project Manager for a global company in Västerås.Start is ASAP, 1 year's contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.Assignment Description - Project ManagerThe consultant will act as Project Manager for a client in Västerås, ensuring the successful execution of assigned projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with the clients quality and safety framework.Key responsibilities include:

Leading the allocated project team and ensuring members have the necessary information to fulfill project requirements.
Aligning projects with contractual obligations.
Acting as the key customer contact, establishing and maintaining strong relationships.
Managing risks and opportunities proactively.
Overseeing invoicing and ensuring timely payment collection.
Presenting project status in reviews and follow-up meetings.
Serving as the escalation point for project-related issues.
Supporting the continuous improvement of organizational processes, including the implementation and evaluation of new process steps.

Background & Requirements

Master's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of experience in technical project management within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Swedish.
Knowledge of drive systems or the ability to quickly develop a solid technical understanding.
Collaborative, solution-focused, open-minded, and outgoing approach.
