Are you one of them?About the roleWe are currently in search of an experienced System Developer with strong leadership capabilities to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will initially focus on system development tasks, including the design, development, and maintenance of complex software applications. As the role progresses, there will be opportunities to transition into a leadership position, overseeing and guiding the development team. Your key responsibilities will include:

Developing, and maintaining web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding and mentoring development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, and driving successful project outcomes.
You will be involved in analyzing requirements, conceptualizing solutions, and ensuring that the architecture aligns with the goals and standards.
Collaborating with designers, product owners, and other developers to ensure that the application meets business requirements and is user-friendly.
Writing clean, modular, and well-documented code that is easy to maintain and scale.
Staying up to date with new technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to ensure that our applications are built with the latest best practices.

Who you areYou have excellent communication and collaboration skills, allowing you to work effectively within a team and contribute to the success of projects. In addition to your technical expertise, you have a proven track record of leadership, with experience in guiding and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential. You thrive in an environment where you can embrace new challenges, collaborate closely with team members, and deliver high-quality software solutions. You believe open-mindedness and a willingness to learn from others are essential for personal and team growth. You are a Swedish citizen with fluency in English.Experience

7+ years of software development experience, proficiency in architectural design, focusing on full-stack development.
Strong experience with programming in C#, .Net Core, and .Net framework.
Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams within agile and sprint methodologies to successfully achieve sprint goals.
Experience in managing the software development lifecycle in Azure Devops.
Experience in modern front-end frameworks, preferably in Blazor.

Location
While we have an office in Stockholm, it is a fully remote position if that suits you best. Our office is on the top floor in the newly built Sthlm 04, which offers stunning views over Stockholm. Please note that candidates are expected to work from Sweden.Excited?
