The job holder is responsible for delivering business process and application consulting services which include process design, application configuration, testing, client training on Infor software, technologies and tools in accordance with standard implementation methods in the area of product lifecycle management (PLM). The Consultant is also responsible for developing ongoing, successful business relationships with clients and for providing clients with "industry best practice" recommendations.Key Responsibilities· Deliver PLM product training· Configuration of PLM· Prepare configuration documentation· Prepare migration strategy plans· Develop custom extension specifications· Assist in implementing and testing custom extensions· Develop and conduct test plans· Develop training and cutover plans· Provide support to clients from kick-off to post go-live· Prepare weekly trip reports / progress reports· Maintain and execute issue logs, action logs, risk logs· Attend weekly update calls with each client· Maintain a positive professional demeanorKey Requirements:· Bachelor's degree· 3-5 years general experience· Functional and technical experience with PLM for Process (Optiva) is a plus· Formal customer facing consulting experience is a plus· Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory· Fluent written and spoken Swedish is mandatory· Willingness to travel· Bachelor's degree or equivalentAbout InforInfor is a global leader in business cloud software products for companies in industry specific markets.
