Apply now and join our fantastic team! 💛As an Accountant, you'll be part of the accounting team with a main focus on Accounts Receivable (AR). The team owns the entire AR process, including invoicing, revenue recognition according to IFRS, bank reconciliations, assisting customers with billing inquiries, and participating in the month-end closing. If needed, you may also support other areas of the accounting team, such as Accounts Payable. With many ongoing projects at the company, you'll have continuous learning opportunities and the ability to grow in your role.Your Responsibilities as an Accountant Include:

Together with the AR team, manage the accounts receivable ledger
Revenue recognition in compliance with IFRS
Developing and optimizing processes such as Order to Cash
Payment processing and bank reconciliations
Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts during month-end close
VAT reporting and declaration
Handle internal inquiries from other departments
Support customers with payment and invoice-related questions
Help implement our new billing system, Chargebee
If needed, support other areas like Accounts Payable

We're Looking for Someone Who:

Has a relevant education in finance 💰
Has 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Works in a structured and detail-oriented way
Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Is service-minded and enjoys working in a collaborative environment to achieve goals
Enjoys working with different systems and is a quick learner
Likes working in an international context with colleagues and customers from around the world 🌍
