Leading international financial services firm – prime central Stockholm location!Our client, a global financial services firm, has exclusively asked us to find a top-calibre Office Manager to join their dynamic team in beautiful, centrally located offices in Stockholm. This role will involve the running of day-to-day office operations & managing the team of Receptionists, ensuring an excellent guest experience while upholding the office’s immaculate standards, leading projects & coordinating events.The environment is very international, incredibly inclusive, collaborative & supportive!This role requires fluent English & Swedish & you must be comfortable working 5 days/week on-site; however, our client is offering a highly competitive base salary, generous bonus & fantastic benefits package including pension & healthcare cover, an annual wellbeing allowance & 30 days holiday.Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the delivery of first-class service, ensuring internal and external guest experience is maintained to the highest level
  • Overseeing day to day office operations and presentation including meeting rooms, kitchen and front of house area
  • Managing receptionist team and providing back up support as required
  • Acting as first point of contact for all office vendors, building management, internal stakeholders & employees
  • Managing facilities, maintenance and repairs and acting as main point of contact with landlord
  • Management of all office suppliers and negotiation of key office contracts
  • Managing and monitoring annual budgets
  • Responsible for office security and local health & safety practices
  • Leading on local office events and celebrations
  • Remotely managing satellite offices alongside local teams
  • Collaborating with other departments, and working closely with global Office Managers to deliver firm wide service
Key Requirements:
  • Fluent English & Swedish language skills
  • 5+ years of office/facilities management experience in a similar role
  • Experience working in a demanding Financial Services or Professional Services environment
  • Adept at building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven experience managing, leading and mentoring a successful front of house team
  • Previous end to end project management experience
  • Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence
  • Top tier service mindset, with high level integrity and discretion
  • Flexible, reliable, and willing to go the extra mile
