- Responsible for product verification and validation activities for both new product development and sustaining current product portfolio.
- Develop test plans, execute tests and write test reports for both new product development and sustaining current product portfolio.
- Support development of requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct data analysis, statistical evaluation, and thorough documentation of test results.
- Coordinate testing activities with external laboratories and collaborate with both inhouse and international colleagues.
- Perform test method validation and equipment qualifications.
- Optimize existing operations and processes to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare and write technical reports in English.
- Takes responsibility for our calibration process.
- Produce, check and correct product documentation.
- Responsible for working with Change Orders.
- BS degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in testing, including documentation, execute testing as well as method development.
- Experience in developing test specifications, including interface requirements, test flow and strategy, measurement accuracy, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience in applying statistical techniques for data analysis and problem-solving.
- Excellent documentation skills and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written across all levels of the organization.
- Experience with Medical device Design Control processes.
- Knowledge of Measurement Traceability and Gage R&R.
