Join us and help the world's leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Managing Enterprise Architect to join our Domain Retail/CPRD team, where you will work as a stream lead at CIO/CTO level with some of the leading well-known brands within this industry. A Managing Enterprise Architect design, deliver and manage complete enterprise solutions and lead Capgemini operations relating to market development and/or service delivery excellence.
Architects are at the heart of our business - they help our clients make sense of new and existing technologies and help them make informed decisions on how to exploit the current technology landscape to their best advantage. Often working as part of a team, our architects are experts in our world-class architectural approach and industry standards.You will:

Establish technology strategy and roadmap supporting current and future business capabilities
Work on portfolio or program level addressing architectural concerns cross value streams
Contribute to the strategic direction of the enterprise architecture and technology investments to maximize the ROI
Shape and execute business transformation through technology
Advise clients on technology solutions enabling them taking advantage of current and emerging opportunities
Support our sales organization in shaping and advising on new deals

Your profile

15+ years' experience from the Consumer Products & Retail industry and knowledge of IT processes in retail (e.g. in the areas of SCM, Logistics, WMS, ERP, CRM, Loyalty, eCommerce).
10+ years' experience working as an Enterprise Architect in large scale IT transformation programs.
Deep knowledge in at least one of the following frameworks and standards - IT4IT, ITIL, ArchiMate and TOGAF.
Experience in one (or more) of the three major public clouds - Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud or Amazon Web Services.
You are a strong communicator who understands the importance of fostering relationships with business and IT stakeholders, you are comfortable working in a mixed client and Capgemini agile environment - and have a good level of Swedish both spoken and written.
Bachelor or academic background preferred (or equivalent experience) - preferably in computer science.
