Our dedicated team of skilled auditors brings deep aviation expertise to the table. Together, we ensure that SAS operations meet both regulatory and internal standards by continuously monitoring and improving processes and procedures.
As an Auditor, you'll report to the Compliance Monitoring Manager and play a key role in safeguarding operational excellence across the organization.Key Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the conduct of internal audits and contractor audits as required, including reporting
- Performing follow-up, verification of the actions to findings, and effectiveness of corrective actions from audits
- Assisting in the establishment of the periodic audit schedule
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in at least one of the following fields: Air Crew and/or Air Operations is required
- Experience working with European regulations, especially (EU) 1178/2011and (EU) 965/2012
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Capacity to summarize complex situations to management
- Ability to use contemporary standard computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Good presentation skills
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Ability to write clear and concise reports
- Experience working as an Auditor is beneficial
- Detail-oriented and methodical
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in all situations
- Diplomatic and confident in making evidence-based decisions

- Position: Fulltime (100%) starting with a 6-month probation period
- This position is based in Frösundavik, Solna (Stockholm), and you will be expected to work onsite. Remote work may also be an option, depending on the agreement made with your manager.
