- Conduct thorough data collection and analysis to support informed decision-making processes
- Assist in facilitating workshops, ensuring all participants are engaged and productive
- Develop and refine solution in alignment with client requirements and industry best practices
- Produce comprehensive documentation, including detailed user guides and technical specifications
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless project execution
- Maintain strict adherence to project timelines and quality standards
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies
- Participate in regular team meetings to report progress and address any challenges
- Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and company standards
- Be able to take responsibility for technical and solution building activates and tasks in cooperation with Business Analyst and or Lead Architect
- Basic understanding of Service Management tool
- Basic understanding of ITSM processes or other Service Management processes
- Basic understanding of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.)
- Basic understanding of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL etc.
- Strong communication skills (active listener, think before acting, superb verbal and writing skills)
- Demonstrated consulting aptitude (understanding of business drivers behind technology, problem solver, attention to detail, resourcefulness, not afraid to ask questions, etc.)
- Must be a team player and some travel will be required, primarily in the Nordics
- ITIL Certified is a plus
- Be a member of implementation project team as well as post implementation projects team
- Be a member of Application Management organization
- Participate in most technical aspects of solution delivery including:
- Configuration, building and customization of solutions
- Assist with technical challenges across multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Configuration of integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.)
- Assist with client facing and internal technical deliverables
