This role could be your perfect fit.About the RoleWe are looking for a Data Platform Engineer (over 2.5 years of experiences) to join our team on-site in Tumba, Sweden (2-3 days per week in the office). This is an immediate start, 6-9 month project assignment.What You’ll Be DoingYou will play a key role in building the infrastructure for our modernisation stack. The work focuses on creating a templatised infrastructure that can be deployed across different departments with flexibility and scalability.Your responsibilities will include:- Designing and implementing Terraform-based infrastructure as code.- Building templatised deployments that allow for different configurations and parameters depending on the department or domain.- Working with Databricks and Unity Catalog.- Defining and enforcing policies, buckets, clusters, and networking integrations.- Enabling on-demand deployments for new domains being onboarded, and updating deployments as required.What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a Platform Engineer, ideally in cloud-native environments.
- Strong knowledge of Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Experience with Databricks and Unity Catalog.
- Ability to design templatised solutions for multi-department deployments.
- Understanding of networking, storage (buckets), policies, and cluster management.
- Hands-on experience with deployment automation.
