Your primary focus will be on leading, supporting and developing your team members, fostering an environment where they can thrive and perform at their best. While you will have a great understanding of the technical landscape, your role is centered around people leadership, team development, and creating a high-performing and engaged engineering culture.You will:
- Lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse team of IT professionals and promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Own the recruitment and onboarding of new IT talents within their area of responsibility / their team.
- Support relevant Stakeholders (e.g., the Product Owner or Manager) in maintaining consistency, performance, transparency, resiliency, and other team setup-related matters.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to foster the engineering/excellence culture and collaboration within and across teams.
- Provide guidance and career development support, helping team members grow through coaching and guidance.
- Facilitate discussions and conflict resolution, ensuring a positive and productive team dynamic.
- Experience in people leadership, with a strong track record of managing and developing diverse teams, ideally including software engineers and QAs.
- While a technical background is beneficial, your ability to support and develop people is the key to success in this role.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and fluency in English.

- You are also familiar with agile methodologies and best practices in software development and quality assurance.
