As an Engagement Manager - Pharma/ MedTech you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to achieve the company's growth and transformation. You will identify opportunities to drive engagement and build engagement plans that are aligned with the business strategy. As Engagement Manager you will be accountable for client engagement and client satisfaction on a day-to day basis including scope, time, budget, and quality.As an Engagement Manager you will:
  • Managing Capgemini and Client expectations
  • Ensuring compliance to engagement delivery requirements (contracted scope, time, budget and quality)
  • Addressing all client requests and concerns
  • Building relationships and collaborating with clients
  • Managing the engagement strategy
  • Tracking and managing all engagement metrics
  • Providing regular reporting on engagement performance
Your profile
  • Extensive experience from the Life Science Industry (Pharma/ MedTech)
  • Understanding of IT application maintenance & support services for cloud as well as on premise enterprise systems
  • Understanding of DevOps, ALM, and other software development processes, methods and tools
  • Experience in GxP
  • Proven track record in operational management and in project delivery
  • Ability to manage customer expectations
  • Communication and people management skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Crisis management skills
  • Project management certification is a plus
  • Certification in frameworks like ITSM and ITIL is a plus
