Every day we help our major global clients deliver ambitious and highly technical projects, in over 110 offices worldwide.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a D365 Project Support for the Finance & Operations (F&O) module. In this role, you will support project managers and finance teams in maintaining accurate project data, ensuring smooth operations within Microsoft Dynamics 365, and providing essential financial reporting.Key Responsibilities

Obtain all new project budgets, costs, and billing milestones from project managers and set up working projects in D365.
Set up any necessary intercompany or intracompany arrangements in D365 with input from project managers.
Set up all contractors or subcontractors within the project on D365.
Input all new opportunities into D365.
Support project managers with the input of project financial forecasts in D365.
Work closely with the UK accounts team to resolve invoice and forecasting queries, acting as the link between finance and project management to ensure D365 remains updated and accurate.
Support country and sector leads with the generation of financial reports such as pipeline and performance from D365.

Qualifications

Experience in Finance & Operations (F&O) module within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Preferably previous experience in a similar project support or financial coordination role.
Based in Stockholm or Copenhagen.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across regions.
