- Ensure efficient execution of the agreed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with accounts and other customers in the agreed territory (Iceland, Norway, Sweden or/and Denmark).
- Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies.
- Work on creating and converting a credible sales project pipeline through identification of opportunities.
- Drive sales projects and selling activities: initiate, set up and complete projects. Attend conferences and marketing events.
- Use reporting tools as required (Sales Force), update customer and order situations, respond to sample requests and make client quotations.
- Communicate and liaise with other members of the sales team, product management, customer service, technical and other departments locally and in the wider business.
- have excellent skills in Swedish, Norwegian or Danish, and be fluent in English. Both verbal and written.
