- Business Hunting mindset
- With a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated ability to get a complex business growing
- Strong ownership of the situations and ability to make things happen
- Pre-existing successful experience at finding and selling new business based on enzymes, biomanufacturing solutions and/or specialty ingredients in personal care and/or food applications, is mandatory
- Eager to join a company building its commercial path
- The position requires solid project and stakeholders' management skills
- Fluent in English + one other language
- Passionate about new business ventures and life sciences
- Ability to travel 1/3 of the time
