With a solid understanding of manufacturing and quality processes, combined with excellent communication skills, you can bridge between technical details and practical execution.We'd love to hear that you have:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience within process development from international companies preferably prior experience from manufacturing.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience of working with data analytics or business intelligence tools like Qlik. Some experience from developing applications is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Experience from digitization of processes and tools.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Fluent in English, speaking and writing.
  • Beneficial if you are fluent in Swedish, speaking and writing.

Our responsibility is to guide and support engineers and manufacturing partners to deliver Axis products in high-volume production with consistent, predictable output and uncompromising quality.Join a team of skilled and dedicated professionals who play a key role in shaping the success and resilience of our company!What you’ll do here as Process Developer?In this role, you will collaborate closely with teams within Operations, R&D and IT to strengthen how we work with processes, systems, and data. Your responsibilities include:
  • Driving improvements and efficiencies in processes, systems, and IT tools to secure competitive, predictable quality and robust mid- to long-term manufacturing performance.
  • Supporting the team in our transformation by defining functional requirements for new processes or applications, ensuring they meet operational needs.
  • Owning and developing processes—acting as the bridge to ensure clear communication and effective solutions.
  • Leading the process development in utilization, and specification of manufacturing and quality data to enable fact-based decisions and continuous improvements.
