- Participate in risk assessments for new projects
- Work proactively and in real-time to resolve quality-related issues in production
- Contribute to the implementation of 5S and internal process audits
- Support and drive quality and production improvement initiatives
- Assist the logistics team with incoming goods inspection
- Take part in building and developing quality management functions in Microsoft Dynamics
- Provide hands-on support to production on various quality matters
- Manage both internal and external quality-related customer cases
- Handle PPAP documentation and customer complaints
- Use structured problem-solving methods such as 8D
- Goal-oriented, organized, and results-driven
- Confident taking responsibility and maintaining high standards of quality and delivery
- An effective communicator and collaborator, capable of working cross-functionally with operators, product owners, and other key stakeholders
- Operating and commissioning boats
- Performing hands-on troubleshooting of technical issues
- Holding a BE driver's license
- Minimum of three years of upper secondary (high school) education
- At least two years of relevant work experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
