- Identifying and reporting quality issues based on data gathered in returns.
- Investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and working with Independent Service Providers (ISPs) daily to resolve customer complaints.
- Using your product and solution expertise to enhance your customers' experiences.
- Partnering with Kitchen Installation Specialists to solve all escalated kitchen and bath issues.
