As a Lead Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technology landscape of our company and driving our mission to make insurance simpler, smarter, and more accessible.Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Developer to be part of establishing a new development team. As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable technology solutions that align with our business objectives. You will work closely with other developers, mentor developers, and contribute to the strategic direction of our technology stack.What you’ll do:Development and Architecture:Develop and lead the design and implementation of high-quality software solutions.Drive the development of scalable and maintainable code.Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our technology stack remains cutting-edge.Technical Leadership:Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers.Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Team Collaboration:Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.Mentor and coach team members, fostering their professional growth.Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.Who are you?Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer in a fast-paced environment with
5 years of development experience on a relevant tech stackStrong expertise in software development using technologies such as C#/.NET, React, ARMExperience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Strong communication and leadership skills.Our promise to you:International, modern and dynamic working environment within the leading insurance company in the Nordic region.
