Together, we can truly make an impact – and your part matters.Your roleIn this role, you will lead the operational delivery of cutting-edge C4I (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence) solutions for land operations. As the Head of Product Unit – Land C4I, you will drive project excellence, develop talent, and deliver high-impact solutions to our Army customers. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development and implementation of advanced C4I technologies, ensuring they meet the specific needs of land-based military operations, while also fostering a skilled and motivated team.Key Responsibilities:

Lead delivery of complex land C4I programs and projects, ensuring targets for schedule, budget, quality, and gross margin are met.
Act as the primary interface for Army customers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring operational effectiveness.
Oversee development of land-specific C4I solutions on Saab’s platform, enabling digitalized defence operations.
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team with the right competences for today and tomorrow.
Own the unit’s budget, forecasts, and financial performance.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and represent the unit across Saab and the defence sector.

Your ProfileWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced leader with excellent communication skills who is also a people's person. You are strategic and analytical, with a strong ability to solve complex problems while also being hands-on and results-oriented when needed. With a structured and disciplined approach, you take ownership of your responsibilities and cultivate an environment of openness and trust. Your leadership fosters collaboration, inspiring those around you to achieve greatness. You are a confident leader with a proven track record of building and motivating teams, and you have a communicative leadership style that builds trust internally and externally.To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

Proven leadership in multi-disciplinary teams delivering complex defence systems (C4I preferred).
Experience managing P&L, budgets, and large-scale program delivery.
Strong operational focus with financial accountability.
Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager (Swedish & English).
Skilled in people leadership, resource planning, and competence development.
A keen interest in learning new things and adapting to different environments and cultures.
Fluency in both Swedish and English.

Merit:

Army or defence industry background.
Deep knowledge of current and future Land C4I systems.
