- Drive sales growth by developing strategic plans, expanding existing accounts, and increasing recurring revenue in line with the regional targets.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to develop initiatives that expand the product and solution offering within the Critical Infrastructure verticals.
- Build and maintain a healthy project pipeline, providing accurate monthly forecasting and ensuring all opportunities are up to date in the CRM system.
- Strengthen customer relationships and ensure long-term business growth through regular engagement, strategic account development, and cross-selling initiatives.
- Deliver regular sales and project reports in accordance with group standards, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- has a proven experience in sales and business development within the Professional End User and System Integrator/Access Control markets, with a value-based selling approach.
- Has familiarity with Critical Infrastructure verticals and a strong ability to develop and implement effective commercial strategies.
- is fluent in Swedish and English; proficiency in Danish and/or Norwegian is a plus.
- Is proficient in MS Office, with experience in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft ERP systems desirable; regular travel within Sweden is required.
