- Work closely with Operational Function Managers and foster continuous improvements.
- Enable fact-based decisions with your technical colleagues by providing transparency and financial guidance.
- You work to and promote simplification and digitalization of the financial processes to ensure effective processes, while always deliver forecast accuracy.
- Identify financial improvement potential and facilitate related decisions to drive cost optimization.
- You ensure adherence to the finance processes and compliance with internal and external regulatory bodies to protect corporate assets.
- You ensure the timely and qualitative completion of submissions in various reporting packages and help to prepare status reviews and management presentations based on corporate timelines and drive digitalization and process improvements.
- Responsible for financial and commercial activities mainly for the Additive Manufacturing function.
- Responsibility for providing measurement, cost center budget, follow up and trend analysis
- Financial analysis and performance measurement.
- Provision of commercial support in capital investments including measurement of ROI.
- PUMA-measurement and follow up.
- Monitoring and evaluation of inventory and working capital investment.
- Provide lead in corporate governance of supply chain functions including financial audit reviews.
- Assist in definition and measurement of cost out targets related to Supply Chain and Additive Manufacturing.
- Provision of corporate reporting.
- University degree in business administration, finance or comparable with experience in finance or business controlling. Experience from driving change projects and industrialization is valued.
- You are analytical, curious, detailed, structured and with a strong drive.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good social skills, a holistic approach and cooperation skills are important.
- You are fluent in English
- Experience in SAP and MS Excel.
- Advantageous if you have good knowledge of visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik View
