- Build and deliver Tietoevry’s ServiceNow implementation at customer sites in the Nordic markets while ensuring customer satisfaction and acting as the central point of contact for implementation work
- Advising senior client leadership on IT and non-IT service management challenges and developing technical solutions that align with their strategy and goals
- Overseeing the delivery roadmap, providing accurate estimates and timelines, and maintaining solution integrity throughout the process, including managing scope, change requests, and reviewing technical design specifications
- Collaborating with Tietoevry’s vendors and delivery partners to ensure timely and high-quality solution delivery
- Communicating effectively with both business and technical partners, and staying updated on industry trends, new ServiceNow features, and third-party solutions to identify opportunities and impacts
- Strong knowledge and expertise of ServiceNow ITSM with good understanding of CSM and HR
- Good Knowledge about ServiceNow On-Premise implementation
- Ability to create client specific solutions leveraging industry best practices
- Working knowledge of architectural frameworks such as TOGAF
- Excellent knowledge of various common integration solutions
- Be able to communicate effectively articulating technical decisions to business and technical partners
- Fluency in Swedish and English language
