Are you ready to be part of our journey?Nordic HQ | Stockholm, SolnaAs a Manager In-store Concepts, you will be part of a team of 15 colleagues working within Omnichannel Activation and approximately 25 people working in the wider Brand Department. Your responsibility will be to elevate adidas in-store presentation across wholesale and own retail in the Nordic market. You will report to the Director Omnichannel, also based at our Nordic HQ in Solna, Sweden, who leads the full Omnichannel Activation team. You'll travel across the Nordics every two months for 1-2 days (depending on projects) and to Europe twice a year for 3 days to participate in seasonal assortment handovers. You may occasionally work flexible hours to support installations.Our brand-new HQ in the Nordics is located in Solna, where nearly 100 colleagues work across Sales, Marketing, and support functions. The Nordics is part of our North Europe cluster, bringing together the Nordics, UK, and Benelux as one team. We're a workforce united by a passion for sport and fashion, we work in an environment where everyone feels comfortable being their authentic self.What you'll do:As a Manager In-store Concepts at adidas, you will play a key role in driving brand visibility and market share growth in key wholesale and partner doors through the development, implementation and maintenance of impactful in-store presentations. In close collaboration with Wholesale Activation, Sales and the account you will identify the project scope and level of execution tailored to the account strategy. You will be responsible for high-quality briefs to agencies to ensure in-store tools and concept development are in line with Nordic and European strategies and global brand values and direction/corporate identity. Together with the Manager VM & Product Learning you will have a clear overview and aligned maintenance plan for all key doors and ensure maintenance excellence in these stores. Based on European Factory Outlet Marketing Calendars, store needs and local opportunities you will support the Factory Outlet team with the production of POS materials. In this role, you will act as project lead and be the go-to person for all in-store matters ensuring internal and external stakeholders are updated and effectively communicated with, as well as delegating tasks to drive completion of project with excellence. For all projects, you will own and manage budgets, ensuring all initiatives are executed within budget and to the highest standard for best brand and commercial impact in store. Additionally, you will support account sell-in processes by presenting seasonal brand strategies and priorities, aligning with account objectives to ensure mutual success. To be successful in this position, you bring a strategic mindset, creativity, structure, and very strong collaboration skills, with the ability to understand the business and act on results. This will help you gain the trust of the wide spectrum of stakeholders you will manage and will lead to positive development of brand and commercial KPIs.Skills you'll need:
  • University Degree or equivalent, ideally with marketing and sales focus
  • +3 year professional experience in retail marketing
  • Fluent in English
  • Fully competent with IT packages (Excel and Powerpoint to an advanced level)
  • Collaboration: Strong ability to build and maintain strong relationships, communicate effectively, negotiate and influence decision-makers
  • Creativity: Skilled in developing innovative solutions and activations based on industry, customer and consumer insights.
  • Business Acumen: Experienced in analyzing data to balance immediate business goals with long-term brand growth.
  • Budget management: Experienced in budget management to ensure efficient investments according to project purpose.
  • Expertise: Strong background in marketing or sales, with a great understanding of retail marketing specifically. Great expertise in project management. Confident and persuasive in presenting ideas.
