- Support Danish-speaking customers over the phone through incoming calls regarding payment, invoices, or technical support
- Perform basic troubleshooting related to TV and broadband services
- Work with upselling in every call by tailoring customized solutions based on each customer's needs
- Have a passion for great customer service and a willingness to learn and grow
- Are curious about upselling and have an interest in sales to find the best solutions for the customer
- Are fluent in Danish
- Are able to work from our office in Kalmar, Borgmästaregatan 5
- Can work full-time
- A permanent full-time position with a 6-month probationary period, or hourly employment
