- Be responsible for building and managing a sales pipeline focused on generating new sales leads and opportunities in the Nordics and selected European markets, with focus to grow our footprint outside Nordics
- Own and drive cases throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to signing
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to drive lead-generating activities
- Assess new sales partnership opportunities, attract new relevant partners, and run pipeline growth with selected partners to support our international sales growth
- Actively contribute to develop and refine our go-to-market strategy
- Have documented experience in selling financial software or SaaS and/or complex solutions internationally. Experience within Fraud, AML, Identity or adjacent technologies is a merit
- Have genuine interest in the prevention of financial crime and want to position yourself as a trusted advisor in your business relationships
- Are naturally inquisitive, ambitious and driven. Have a positive attitude and a good sense of quality, and a hunting, networking and self-contained working mentality
- Have strong negotiating skills and used to handling complex contracts
- Have strong communication and presentation skills, used to presenting with confidence to audiences at all levels in the customer organization
- Proactive, systematic, used to work long term and independently
- Enjoy taking initiatives and ownership, and inspire others to perform
- Have strong interpersonal skills and are a builder of relationships with customers as well as colleagues
- Have a university degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience that enables you to navigate through banking- and IT businesses
