
Marketing Specialist Cardiac Rhythm Management, Nordics

- Lead cross-functional planning & execution of campaigns/launches (planning, forecasting, marketing-mix, sales readiness, customer meetings).
- Localize/evolve value propositions and materials (incl. clinical evidence) for multiple stakeholders and markets.
- Enable country teams: adapt/develop local tactics, execute in-field, and run events (summits, congresses, round tables).
- Generate market & customer insights and competitive intelligence to inform portfolio and pricing strategy.
- Drive priority Nordic initiatives/projects and facilitate KOL engagements to amplify campaign messaging.
- Set/track KPIs and contribute to the Marketing Plan and annual operating plan for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Science or similar
- Working experience from a marketing function of an international company with a track record of successful product launches and campaign execution as well as project management; with the ability to plan, organize and execute a project independently and on time
- Process driven with strong analytical skills and excellent problem-solving skills, a team player who can work collaboratively and cross-functionally to generate impact and results through others
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and at least one Scandinavian language to maximize internal and external collaboration
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM Systems, SalesForce.com
- Living in the Nordics and willing to travel
