In this role, you'll design and build robust databases and data workflows for client-facing applications that power the stock market. You'll work hands-on with SQL Server, ETL pipelines, and cloud solutions in a collaborative, cross-functional team where your expertise will make a real impact.Why join us?

In this role, you will:

Design, implement, and maintain relational and non-relational databases, both on-premise and in the cloud.
Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and ETL workflows.
Monitor performance, tune databases, and ensure data security, integrity, and availability.
Troubleshoot issues and support seamless integration with applications.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and architects on data solutions.
Document database structures and workflows, and use version control (Git) and basic scripting (e.g., Python).

About you
You are analytical, hands-on, and thrive working close to the data layer. With strong collaboration skills, you bring:

3-5 years of experience in database development and ETL workflows
Strong skills in SQL Server, query optimization, and data-driven workflows
Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
Experience with system analysis, debugging, and performance tuning
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and produce clear technical documentation
