In this role, you’ll take ownership of the commercial supply chain to selected markets – collaborating closely with teams across Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Commercial and Finance.You will be part of a virtual supply chain setup, working with external manufacturing partners and logistics providers. This is a broad and hands-on role, offering a mix of planning, coordination, improvement work, and operational execution.About the role
Lead production planning and coordinate orders and shipments to various markets
Work with external manufacturing partners – this is a virtual supply chain
Manage suppliers and logistics partners
Ensure timely delivery of finished products
Monitor KPIs, support audits and supplier qualification
Support internal teams: Quality, Regulatory, Commercial and Finance
Contribute to reporting and administrative follow-up on sales and invoicing
Potentially support new market launches by setting up agreements, deliveries and documentation
Drive continuous improvements in supply chain processes
About you
University degree in science, technology, or equivalent – a background in pharmacy or life sciences is a plus
Fluent in English, both written and spoken (Swedish is a plus, not a requirement)
Around 3 years of experience in supply chain, planning or distribution – we’re open to less experience if you have the right mindset and learning drive
Comfortable working in ERP/MRP systems
Knowledge of GMP/GDP and understanding of virtual supply chains is a strong advantage
You’re structured, communicative and detail-oriented – with a collaborative and proactive personality
