- Lead Finance Operations, driving continuous improvement, cross-functional initiatives, and global harmonization within IKEA's supply chain.
- Directly manage invoice processing, agreement validation, claim settlements, and ensure accurate administration, complying with legal frameworks and IKEA financial rules. Ensure adherence to documented process controls and financial closing procedures.
- Extensive experience in assessing timberland asset values and financial modeling for investment decisions and forest management.
- Background in conducting market research and identifying trends relevant to forestry and timber investments.
- Track record of navigating legal and environmental regulations related to timberland acquisitions.
- Proven success in structuring deals and negotiating favorable terms.
- Strong skills in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Expertise in leading teams, strategic initiatives, and preparing transparent reports for stakeholders.
- In-depth understanding of the forestry sector, and supply chain dynamics.
