We’re looking for a Sales Recruiter to help us continue building world-class sales teams for our clients. You’ll take full ownership of the recruitment process – from market mapping and headhunting to managing client relationships and closing offers.You’ll work closely with international tech vendors and scale-ups across the Nordics, identifying and attracting top sales talent who can deliver exceptional business results.What you’ll do:
👉 Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales roles (BDR, AE, Channel Manager, Sales Leader, etc.).👉 Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Use a proactive, headhunting-first approach – no waiting for inbound applications.👉 Assess candidates’ track records, methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC/MEDDPICC), and cultural fit.👉 Advise clients on hiring strategy, market trends, and compensation benchmarks.👉 Collaborate with our founder and wider network to open doors and expand market presence.💥 What We’re Looking For 💥
