Your focus will be to ensure that users can utilize CAD and Simulation solutions efficiently.We are responsible for several applications where Creo and AutoCAD are the ones with the greatest number of users. Globally, today, we have more than 1 200 users in our applications within the time zones from China to USA. Additionally, our responsibility is to make recurring improvements and develop new functionality based on the operational requirements.We deliver high quality services, and we help to enable the productivity of the business. As a coworker within Operations Solutions CAD and Simulation, you will take an important part in supporting our users to solve different business problems and answer their technical questions related to the standard applications that are included in our applications portfolio (Creo, AutoCAD and Ansys for example). As part of an agile software team, you will also support your colleagues of various roles with expert knowledge. These systems are used by our engineers, designers and further within the production to design and construct our products. Furthermore, you create instructions that educate our users, and you will also participate in various projects.Your profileTo succeed in this role, you have knowledge of and at least 5 years of experience working with Computer-Aided Design and Simulation tools such as PTC Creo, AutoCAD, and Ansys as well as knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management tool Teamcenter.As a person you are service minded and always focused on the customer experience. You have effective communication skills and are a good listener. You like to collaborate with your colleagues and customers. You are structured and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You are also good at documenting, solving problems and you have a strategic way of thinking.As our teams are international you speak and write English fluently and you feel comfortable using it.
