We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives. If you are passionate about safety, quality, and achieving targets, we want to hear from you.About the jobYou will be responsible for delivering on our strategy and achieving agreed targets, all while driving continuous improvement. You will manage operations, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and lead, coach, and develop our team.In your future role as Site Manager you will

Deliver on ISC targets for HSE, VMC, and FMC productivity, quality, and growth
Lead the implementation of the ISC strategy and Nouryon Leading Performance System
Establish and nurture a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and accountability
Develop the site leadership team and the organization reporting to the SLT
Plan, lead, organize, and control the delivery of set targets across various parameters
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement strategic initiatives for business growth and sustainability.

We believe you bring

Solid knowledge in Operations and Supply Chain
Bachelor's, master's degree or Ph.D. in Process/ Chemical Engineering, or similar disciplin
Experience in Process Safety, Asset Integrity, and HSE
Strong background in Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, etc.
Proficiency in Process Management and Integrated Business Planning
Project and Change Management experience

Great if you have

Experience in managing relevant budgets
Effective stakeholder engagement skills
Excellent communication abilities
