
SALES ENABLEMENT LEAD

- Own and develop our Go-To-Market strategy including sales plays and campaign execution.
- Build and refine our B2B value proposition, ensuring alignment strategy and supporting content.
- Be the author of the sales playbook, owning the roadmap for our sales team to follow, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's sales strategy and delivering a consistent message to all prospects.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing to ensure alignment and synergy.
You will join a central team focused on performance & analytics, product development, learning and communication and report to Head of Sales Performance & Excellence. - Fluent in English, additional languages are a bonus.

- This position is based in Frösundavik, Solna (Stockholm), and you will be expected to work onsite. Remote work 1-2 days a week may also be an option, depending on the agreement made with your manager.
