
Talent Acquisition Specialist - fixed term contract

- Supporting the Talent Acquisition Organization with end-to-end recruitments, using various sourcing channels such as Alstom’s candidate database, Alstom Careers, social media (LinkedIn), headhunting, and external job boards ,
- Acquiring a thorough technical understanding of job requisitions and descriptions to identify required competencies, skills, and knowledge for successful applicants ,
- Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) daily, ensuring accurate candidate information,
- Developing and implementing relevant sourcing strategies through creative research and leveraging a multitude of resources,
- Providing weekly updates and summaries of recruiting progress and activity to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners,
- Ensuring job requisition/description development and job postings on relevant platforms, contributing to the Global Employer Branding strategy.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working with virtual, multicultural teams in a matrix-driven organization.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Understanding of recruitment metrics, SLAs, and sourcing for engineering, technical, and blue-collar roles.
- Strong project management abilities with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Global awareness with the ability to communicate in multiple languages.
- Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills for engaging with senior management across regions.
