- Good knowledge of Google Workspace solutions, preferably confirmed by certification. Experience with managing Microsoft 365 and similar solutions is a big bonus!
- Excellent communication and presentation skills befitting a customer-facing role
- Ability to provide high-quality customer onboarding and training
- Ability to communicate and explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences
- Previous experience with IT network or systems administration
- Previous experience in support and/or service desk role
- Fluent English required; proficiency in Swedish preferred
- Encouragement and support for training and certification, in the form of coaching from other team members, cost coverage, and financial incentives.
