
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER TO SPEED IDENTITY

- Managing structured sales pipelines and bid processes
- Engaging key stakeholders and guiding them from idea to signed contract
- Handling incoming requests and proactively verifying the potential of leads
- Building trust and relationships with both new and existing customers
- Developing convincing sales strategies and ensuring profitability in offers
- Navigating legislation, procurement processes and public tenders
- Collaborating with partners and channel networks when needed
- Overseeing long and complex sales cycles (1–3 years)
- Identifying extensions for framework agreements and other business opportunities
- Minimum five years of experience from complex B2B sales, preferably a mix of hardware and software
- A strong track record of client engagement and trust-building
- Proven ability to navigate client dialogues and close deals
- Solid experience in negotiation and contractual management
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
- A general understanding of technology and ability to grasp customer needs
- Experience from both large companies and scale-up/start-up environments
- A relevant academic degree, preferably a Master of Science
- Fluency in English. Fluent Swedish is a merit.
